BFIT WITH TARSH - YOU TUBE
Barre-Core blends Pilates with dance, cardio and strength-training specifically challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. Powered by energising, heart pumping music that makes you need to move, this class uses choreographed movement patterns with the support of a ballet barre to take you through a flow of high powered sequences that will keep you energised and motivated!
B&D - Boxing & Discipline
This class can be a little tough, but you will learn new skills in the fight for your fitness! You'll learn basic boxing skills that will burn body fat and tone your arms. We start with an easy warm up, then we put on the boxing gloves and for the next 25 minutes we work with pads to burn calories. We then take the gloves off and for the next 25 minutes work on conditioning the body, working on the larger muscle groups doing, amongst other things, squats for a smaller, firmer butt and lunges for longer, leaner looking legs. We always finish training with a gentle cool down.
Take the Zumba® formula and modify the moves and pace to suit the active older participants and those students who have just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. You will also find the music and different rhythm styles a great way to exercise your brain without even realising it. A chair can always be used if required.
STRETCH & CORE
If you're suffering from aches and pains and would like to increase your flexibility then come and join our new class that focuses on increasing your flexibility with little core work as well. (An alternative to Yoga).
Please bring a mat if you have one otherwise you are most welcome to use one of mine.
Pilates Reformer - Blast
The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. These Personal Training 15 minute Reformer Blast sessions are a quick effective way to gain benefits for those who are limited for time and still wanting results. You can double up the session to make 30 minutes if you wish

Come along and enjoy the simple and easy to learn dances moves from the Zumba® Gold class and add some extra muscle endurance work to focus on toning while you burn calories. A chair can always be used if required.

This gentle stretch class for seniors or anyone else wanting to improve their flexibility uses simple stretches designed to increase flexibility and strength while improving balance and coordination.
Cardio n Toning
A light-pace class featuring a fun mixture of cardio, muscle strength and stretching exercises designed to improve fitness, strength and mobility.
